What you will be cooking

Rolls of thin, tender beef slices filled with gruyere cheese, prosciutto cotto and sage, pan roasted with onion and red wine and slowly cooked with San Marzano tomato sauce.
Combined with a typical Sardinian gnocchetti dry pasta with infused butter-sage sauce.
