A rustic Tuscan old recipe, simple yet with incredibly complex flavors. This made is made with Italian sausage, fresh grapes and fresh herbs, pan roasted together for a delicious meal.

The eggplant is great as a side or appetizer: a low cost, simple plate that could be paired with any kind of meal (meat, seafood and vegetarian). Wedges of soft, warm eggplant tossed with a mix of walnuts and almonds.
